The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is an 8-week course for people who have loved ones with severe mental illnesses. It is led by trained facilitators who have family experience with mental illness and class members receive valuable information on mental illnesses as brain disorders, medications, self-care and communication with a loved one with mental illness. Classes follow the same coursework throughout the United States and you can usually sign up for any class that fits your schedule.
