NAMI Upper Valley offers free programs and activities for people with mental illness and their loved ones. Your donation will help buy informational brochures, pay for activities and community outreach.
$10 pays for one packet of information brochures
$20 pays a stipend for our support group facilitators who are on a low, fixed income
$40 pays for printing of class handouts for one Family to Family class member
$100 pays for part of our $800+ annual insurance costs
